SoX

SoX, which stands for Sound eXchange, is a command line tool used for various types of audio processing and manipulation. Sox is a very flexible tool and can be used in scripting. Open your audio file in Audacity and export it as an mp3. Use a bitrate of 192 or above.

You can also use the OGG format.
