Ardour 5.9 is released

Ardour 5.9 has recently been released with new features, including many improvements and fixes.

This release includes -

  • Support for the Presonus Faderport 8 control surface
  • Improvements to tempo and MIDI related features
  • Ability to drop Group from VCA via right click on Group tab
  • Preference to only enable Click when recording is enabled
  • Improve Tap Tempo and allow tapping with keyboard (Space or Enter)
  • New LUA script bindings
  • Fixes and improvements to Ardour's a-plugins
