OpenAV have created a video showcasing some of their ArtyFX plugins working on a MOD Quadra . They have been demonstrating the MOD Quadra at open-mic nights and we can expect more video demos soon. They have also added a teaser image of Fabla 2.0. This should be going into the beta stage soon. Some features have been moved to a 2.1 milestone in order to get a release out sooner! A brand new plugin, an envelope filter, has been added to the Calf Studio Gear plugins . This is still a work in progress but is hoped to be included in the up and coming 0.0.60 Calf release. Features include - Display for the frequency response Lower and upper frequency – switch them to have a downwards filter Different filter types (HP, LP, BP and Notch with different slew rates) Optional...Read more

Glen MacArthur has just posted some interesting and exciting news about the future of AV Linux . The biggest news is that work has begun on a new development base providing both 64bit and 32bit architectures which will be based on a rolling Debian Testing distribution base. With this new endeavour, Glen will be focusing primarily on what he does best, making a rock solid base for audio production...Read more
