The Ardour project is looking for help with development in relation to the projects websites. Ardour currently uses 5 independent web sites, the main site, forums, manual, bug tracker and nightly builds sites, and they are looking for someone to help them with the following tasks -

Philip Yassin has recently started an upbeat Linux audio webshow series called 'Ask Phil?'. Only recently started, the series has already notched up an impressive 7 episodes, most of which revolve around Phil's favourite DAW, Qtractor.

John Option have just released "The cult of John Option". This is their debut album and it brings together all their singles published in the past few months, including remix versions.

As always, John Option's music is published under the terms of the Creative Commons License (CC-BY-SA) and is produced entirely using free software.

To commemorate the last batch shipment to kickstarter backers MOD Devices have set up a social media contest to give away a MOD Duo, the hardware stompbox which runs on linux and a whole ecosystem of FLOSS audio plugins.

With this release, Glen is moving away from the 'everything but the kitchen sink' approach and instead is focusing on providing a very stable base suitable for low latency audio production.

Glen McArthur has just posted a preview video of what will become the next release of AV Linux. The upcoming release will be based on a carefully put together version of Debian testing, optimised for use with audio production.
