Libre Music Production is a community-driven online resource, focused on promoting musical creation and composition using free and open source (FLOSS) software. By providing hands-on material submitted by the community, such as guides, tutorials, articles and news updates, we want to show not only that there is great FLOSS audio software out there, but also how to practically use that software to make music. Calf developer Markus Schmidt has been working hard on a new design for Calf Studio Gear . Last night he merged these changes into Calf's master branch over at Github. The Calf developers have made the decision to move the project away from its previous home at SourceForge. This includes a new website and a new domain. M.eik Michalke and his team have decided to revive the Open Music Contest (OMC) for the 5th time.
